Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.

Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests.

If you are using Maxthon or Brave as a browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, you should know that these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse.

In most cases using a No-CD or Fixed EXE will solve this problem!

Some original games do not work when a certain application has been installed, like DAEMON Tools.

When using Fixed Files make sure to use a Firewall which controls outgoing traffic, as some games call back to report the use of these modified files!.

When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game!

Some No-CD/Fixed EXE files work fine in Single Player mode but are detected to be modified when trying to play online.
